3. Refunds
   Refund Processing Time: Once we receive the returned product and confirm it’s eligible for return, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
   Refund Costs: Initial shipping costs are generally not included in refunds unless the product is defective or incorrect.
